At the 2025 Moldova National Business Week yesterday, Horizon Auto signed two important Memoranda of Understanding with domestic and international partners, marking a significant milestone in the development of Moldova’s e-mobility sector.

1. Establishing a State-of-the-Art EV Charging Station Plant
Horizon Auto, together with Moldova’s Zener Group and China’s Jushi New Energy Technology, will jointly invest approximately €20 million to establish an advanced high-tech EV charging station factory in Moldova. The project will cover both component manufacturing and assembly of advanced charging stations, with products aimed at the entire European market.

2. Supporting Moldova’s First Electric Taxi Operator – DAXI MD
Horizon Auto is strongly supporting the development of DAXI MD, which will become the first electric taxi operator in Moldova, providing citizens with a green and intelligent mobility solution.

3. Delivering 1,000 Electric Vehicles to Moldova
Through collaboration with DHF INVEST CAPITAL SRL and China’s Racer House Ltd., Horizon Auto will deliver 1,000 electric vehicles to the Moldovan market, with a total investment of around €20 million. This strategic project envisions further expansion, injecting continuous momentum into the region’s sustainable mobility development.
